We do not accept liability for any item listed on this site which is unavailable through being out of stock or discontinued. Some items on our website may be illegal to enter into certain countries. We cannot accept any responsibility for seizure and / or forfeiture by your customs


YOUR ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS

Some of the services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing In2Herbs with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. We use this information only for limited purposes of communicating with the user, processing online orders, for statistical purposes to improve our site and service to you, and to administer our site. In2Herbs will not be liable for any loss that may incure as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque or Money Order and Direct Deposit. Please note, personal cheques will need to be cleared before dispatching order.

GST

All GST charges will be invoiced to the customer and are included in the total product price throughout the site where applicable.


RETURN POLICY

Any faulty or damaged stock returned within 14 days of receiving goods will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of In2Herbs, will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge. In2Herbs reserves the right to reject any packages that are suspected to have been used or do not meet with the above criteria. All other products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage costs will be incurred by the customer.


ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. In2Herbs reserves the right at anytime after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. In2Herbs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order


CHANGES IN ORDERS

We cannot change orders once they have been placed, although if notified by the customer of an order error we will do our best to correct the order.


ERRORS OF INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE

In2Herbs strives to present the most updated information and pricing of the products within the Site. We are not liable for any typographical errors, sudden price changes or any other change or increase in product prices whatsoever. In2Herbs is not liable for any error or changes in packaging, description, label or illustration of any product advertised within the Site.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a data entry (typographical error), In2Herbs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product/s listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, In2Herbs shall within 7 days issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


RESERVED RIGHTS

In2Herbs reserves the right to alter without notice, our websites products, material, policies and conditions that govern the use of our website at any time. We encourage you to review the sites terms and conditions regularly for any updates or changes. By continuing to access or use our website shall be deemed your acceptance of any changes.


APPLICABLE LAW

As far as legally possible this Agreement, its terms and conditions and the use of this site shall be governed by the laws in existence from time to time in Australia. You agree any claim relating to this site and services can only be dealt with in a court in Melbourne in the state of Victoria, Australia or Christchurch, New Zealand.
